Peugeot 308 S - Spares or Repairs only

Recently taken in part-exchange is this 2008 Peugeot 308 diesel hatchback.

It's one big plus is that it falls into the £35 per year road tax bracket.

The car has obviously been well used over the years as family transport, and as such has various scratches, dents and areas of discoloured paint around the body.

Also, it's done an almost starship mileage at 188,000, but the engine sounds as sweet as anything and it does seem to drive very well. It's also MOT'd until the end of March 2024.

HOWEVER it does have quite a serious water leak which we're trying to get fixed. But we've been told it might not be cost-effective at garage rates, and so it's offered as spares or repairs.

If you're handy with the spanners you might be able to sort it yourself and grab a bit of a bargain.
